If you haven’t heard about Figgy’s newest line of patterns… where have you been? Shelly and Daniela have put together a children’s clothing line that is hip, fun, and stylish while at the same time wearable and very high quality. The details on these garments will amaze you. Never thought you’d put in a real zip fly? You can, and it looks so professional.

First up is the Scirocco dress. This is the sample we got in the trunk show, and luckily we still have some of this same green dot from Half Moon Modern! I love the tiered skirt and the bodice detail, but the real show stopper is the twisted back. So sweet and totally reminds me of the summer clothes I wore as a kid. These are some of the trunk show samples of the Banyan pattern. When you buy this one, you are really getting 4 very useful patterns: The shorts and pants, as well as the knit tee and tunic. These pants and shorts look SO professional, definitely one of those things that people will be blown away to hear that you made. The tee pattern is one you will use over and over as well- so many ways to embellish a tshirt! Here are some more great examples of these garments:

This is the Zephyr romper, which can also be made as a cute sundress. I love EVERYTHING about this romper. The pockets, the ties on the shorts, the buttoned yoke, and the braided straps. You would think all that would be too much, but it somehow works perfectly. This is first on my list to make for my 15 month old! More from the flickr group:
